help! I need to return it and can't take it apart....
I'm trying to get a hold of customer service because I'm struggling to take apart the chair..don't want to damage it but need to return it. I took it to UPS and they told me they'd have to rebox it and it would cost a lot more without the seat being removed from the base. There are tips about taking apart the chair with a little sledge hammer looking tool..but I don't have one of those.

Very nice chair
I bought this chair as a replacement for my vanity stool and I love it. It’s the perfect size and the added back support is great. I especially like that the base is pretty heavy so you don’t have to worry about the chair sliding out from underneath you as your are sitting down. A good value for the money. Easy to put together in about 15 minutes depending on your comfort level with tools and assembly, and all the tools and parts are included.
